At Finnovate, the application was described as ‘more than just transaction banking’, instead it was designed for customers’ life situations, since banks are now able to deliver personal, targeted offers and turn data into relevant, visualized information, and provide user experiences like never before, turning mobile banking into a primary engagement and sales channel.

Mobile devices once described as the second screen and now becoming the primary interface, just ask Microsoft. With almost 1 billion devices globally, Smartphones are changing how people manage their finances. Understanding these special consumer needs, IND Group, created a fast and easy mobile banking app that provides an exceptional customer experience. The banking industry in its traditional mode, has been a victim of serious disruption of an emerging class of Fintech entrepreneurs. Simultaneously the digital revolution, we are now witnessing, has changed the relationship between banks and their customers.

Dominance of smart-phones, has increased the importance of the mobile channel and created a demand for better mobile banking services. The modern customer demands multiple digital channels, along with cohesive and flexible service. Banks now find themselves in a situation to play catch up by trying to service a digital customer who now has high expectations. Essence will guarantee an excellent user experience, by ensuring user’s ID and password are asked only once, as a four digit PIN or generating a screen lock pattern. essence

Manageability and relevancy are closely intertwined as screens can be browsed in a form of cards. You can choose the relevant information with a single swipe. Want to check your account details? Just tap a card and it turns around showing the requested data. You can add photos to your transactions and link your FB contacts to your bank account to transfer money easily based on photos instead of remembering 24 digits.

It is easy to see where IND gets their innovation DNA from. IND Group has been selected among the top 100 companies all over the world and ranked 100th on the FinTech 100 list for the first time in its history. IND’s CEO Balázs Vinnai was recently selected as Entrepreneur of the Year by EY (formerly known as Ernst and Young) in Hungary. EY has launched its EOY (Entrepreneur Of The Year) program in 1986 in the US as the only international, trademarked business award, which is about outstanding businessmen and the efforts, persistence and faith leading to acknowledgement.
