Durability framework supported by SGS certifications and IP69K protection
The HONOR Magic8 Lite adopts a protection system designed to address drop impact, water contact and dust exposure. The model carries the SGS Triple Resistant Premium Performance Certification and the SGS 5-Star Comprehensive Reliability Certification, enabling it to withstand drops from heights of up to 2.5 metres onto specific surfaces.
The structure integrates HONOR Ultra-Bounce Anti-Drop Technology, a Non-Newtonian fluid layer and new ultra-deep tempered glass. Together, these elements provide resistance during accidental impacts.
The device also achieves IP69K water resistance, supporting exposure to rinsing, splashing, hot water (for up to 10 seconds), dirty or high-pressure water scenarios. The HONOR Magic8 Lite includes a 108MP ultra-sensing main camera with a 1/1.67″ sensor, supported by both OIS and EIS for stabilised imaging. The camera aims to provide enhanced detail in daylight and low-light environments.
