Glance Technologies Inc. announced the completion of the purchase of the Blockimpact end-to-end cryptocurrency and blockchain solution from Ztudium Inc. In addition to acquiring the technology, Glance intends to leverage Ztudium’s experience and expertise in the crypto space as consultants with Dinis Guarda, CEO of Ztudium, joining Glance’s board of advisors.

Dinis Guarda is a serial entrepreneur, and fintech influencer, that created Fab Banking (for Fidelity Asia) in 2014 and TradingFloor.com (for Saxo Bank) in 2010. He is the founder of Ztudium , a technology specialist and digital transformation, AI, blockchain, DTL tech, crypto consultancy for the information age. Ztudium helps businesses and brands through digital media and carefully targeted technology and marketing across a wide variety of business and social channels.

On December 5, 2017 Glance entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all of the intellectual property comprising the Blockimpact platform in consideration for payment to Ztudium of US$1.1 million, 80% of which has already been paid and 20% of which shall be paid on completion of the integration of Blockimpact with the Glance Pay mobile payment platform.

Glance is now initiating the integration of Blockimpact with Glance Pay. Glance Pay is a streamlined mobile payment app that allows customers to pay their bill instantly with their mobile device – without waiting for a credit card machine! With Blockimpact, Glance Pay aims now for new developments and innovation.

Blockimpact is a complete end-to-end cryptocurrency blockchain solution, which includes the following features:

    2. Blockchain Distributed Ledger Technology
    3. Digital messaging / group chat (with functionality similar to Whatsapp)
