IntelligentHQ is an AI, digital transformation and business intelligence network publishing research-led analysis for technology and business leaders. It is published by Ztudium Group Ltd, London. This page sets out what we cover, how we check what we publish, how we handle the vendor relationships that come with covering enterprise technology, and how we use AI in our own production.
Who publishes IntelligentHQ
IntelligentHQ is owned and published by Ztudium Group Ltd, a company registered in London, and has been publishing since 2011. Ztudium also publishes HedgeThink, TradersDNA and fashionabc. Each title is edited separately and to its own remit.
IntelligentHQ was founded by Dinis Guarda, who also writes for it. His articles appear under his own byline and are held to the same sourcing standards as everyone else’s. IntelligentHQ is a publication, not a personal platform, and the two are kept distinct.

What we cover
- Artificial intelligence — enterprise adoption, agentic systems, model deployment, governance and the regulatory picture including the EU AI Act
- Digital transformation — operating models, organisational change and the technology decisions behind them
- Business intelligence and data — the modern data stack, retrieval, analytics and how organisations turn data into decisions
- Blockchain and distributed systems — where they are being used in production rather than announced
- Innovation and SaaS — how technology businesses are built, funded and scaled
We write for people accountable for these decisions — CIOs, CDOs, founders and transformation leads — and assume the reader already knows the field.
How we source and verify
- Attribute every figure to a named source, with the period it describes. Adoption rates, market sizes and survey findings carry the organisation that produced them and the date of publication.
- Link to the primary document. Where a research firm, regulator or standards body published the report, we link to it rather than to coverage of it.
- Distinguish a claim from a finding. A vendor’s statement about its own product is reported as a claim by that vendor, not as an established fact.
- Date what ages. Model capabilities, pricing, funding rounds and regulatory deadlines change quickly, and any such statement carries when it was accurate.
- Separate reporting from analysis. Where a piece argues a position it is presented as analysis and the author is named.
Vendor relationships, briefings and embargoes
Covering enterprise technology means dealing with vendors constantly. How we handle that:
- A briefing, a demo, a conference pass or an analyst call does not create an obligation to publish, or to publish favourably.
- We honour embargoes we have agreed to. We do not agree to embargoes conditional on the coverage being positive, or on submitting copy for approval before publication.
- Press releases are not published as editorial. Where an announcement is worth covering, it is reported, checked and given context.
- Where a vendor supplies data, a benchmark or a case study, we say so and name them.
- Where a company we cover has a commercial relationship with IntelligentHQ or with Ztudium, the article says so.
Authorship
Articles carry a named author with a profile stating their relevant background; our contributors are listed on the authors page. Contributors disclose employment, advisory roles, equity holdings and client relationships that a reader would reasonably want to know about when reading their piece.
Sponsored and contributed content
IntelligentHQ accepts sponsored and contributed content. It is labelled as such at the top of the article, before the body text, and commercial outbound links carry rel="sponsored".
Sponsored content is held to the same subject remit as editorial: payment does not buy coverage of a topic outside technology, transformation and the businesses building them. No sponsor is given sight of, or influence over, editorial coverage of themselves or their competitors.
How we use AI
We cover AI, so we state plainly how we use it.
We use AI tools for research, transcription, summarising documents, translation and editing assistance. We do not publish articles generated by an AI system and presented as the work of a named human author. A person is accountable for every published article, and every factual claim, figure and quotation is checked against its original source by that person before publication.
Where an article includes material produced with AI assistance as part of the story — a generated image, a model output being examined — it is identified as such.
Not professional advice
IntelligentHQ publishes journalism, analysis and industry information. It is not technology procurement advice, legal advice or investment advice, and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a business decision.
Corrections
We correct errors openly and record what changed. See our corrections policy.
