Life sciences and fintech followed, securing second and third place respectively in industry category rankings.

    Artificial intelligence has surged to fourth place, demonstrating its growing impact. Notably, energy and sustainability technology companies recorded the highest median revenue growth rate at 616%.

    The Technology Fast 500 winners span 36 U.S. states and nine Canadian provinces. The Bay Area in California led with 17% of the winners, while the Tri-State Area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) accounted for 14%. Texas saw significant representation with 25 companies making the list, including Dallas-based JobTread Software, which ranked sixth overall with 11,944% growth.

    IonQ, the world’s leading quantum company, was the sole quantum firm recognized, achieving nearly 2000% revenue growth from 2021 to 2024. Other notable companies include Lpt Aperture Holdings and Horizon3.ai, both in the software and services sector, which secured the second and third positions respectively.
